1:15 pm: Departure for Beatles Ashram along with our private guide in the hotel cab. The Beatles Ashram, also known as the Chaurasikutiya ashram, is significant because it was the setting for the band's most productive songwriting period. The band spent weeks at the ashram in 1968 to participate in a Transcendental Meditation training course. The ashram is home to Maharishi Mahesh Yogi, one of India's best known yoga gurus, who developed the Transcendental Meditation technique. The ashram is now a center for spiritual exploration, and hosting meditation and yoga retreats. Some say the ashram has a unique energy and inspiring vibe that make visitors realize the real power and value of spirituality. Others say the place has cultural and historic significance.

2 pm to 2:30 pm: Show around of Beatles Ashram along with introduction and brief discussion on Ashram’s History.

2:30 pm to 3:00 pm: Privately conducted meditation session by our guide in a meditation hut at Beatles Ashram.

3:00 pm to 3:45 pm: Relax and explore the beauty of the Ashram.

3:45 pm – 6 pm: Departure from Ashram followed by guided tour of Ram Jhula area that is dotted with various ashrams, street vendors, cafes and ghats.

6:00 pm: Grand Ganga Aarti at Parmarth Niketan Ashram. This is the most popular daily Ganga Aarti conducted in Rishikesh.

7:30 pm: Back to Hotel
8:30 pm: Buffet Dinner at Jal & Jalebi

9:30 pm: Overnight stay at Ganga Kinare

Day 3

8 am to 9 am: 60-minute Full Body Abhyangam and Shirodhara Treatment at The Ayur Ganga Spa at Ganga Kinare.

10 am: Buffet breakfast at Jal & Jalebi

11 am: Departure from Ganga Kinare in a Toyota Innova for VILEEN.

12 pm – 1 pm: Vashistha Gufa (Cave) tour on the way to VILEEN. Vashishta Gufa, situated on the banks of the Ganga River, is a popular place for meditation lovers. This is the cave where great Sage Vashishta is said to have meditated. He was also among the seven great sages (Saptarishis) and the guru of Lord Ram.

2 pm: Arrival and Check-in at VILEEN and orientation of the property

2:30 pm to 3:30pm: Lunch at AVAANA on the Cliff, a wellness and Ayurveda focused fine-dining restaurant.

Rest followed by Private consultation with our in-house Ayurveda specialist to determine Spa treatments for Day 4

6:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. Sundowner meditation: Revisit our Yoga Hall at sundown for Guided Meditation to relax your senses and prepare for a good night’s sleep.

7:00 p.m. – 7:30 p.m. Evening Ganga aarti: Connect with the ethereal Mother Ganga as our priests perform an evening aarti in front of our ornate Ganges idol under our magnificent centerpiece tree in the garden. This tree is from the same family of the ancient Kadamba, on which Lord Krishna used to sit and play his flute.

7:30 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. Nature & wellness talk: Join our experts on an interactive audio-visual journey of the significance of VILEEN’s location, surrounding biodiversity, our wellness philosophy, and the rich cultural heritage that influenced our architecture and designs.

8:30 pm - 10 pm: Buffet Dinner at AVAANA on the Cliff

Day 4

*The experiences on Day 4 will be determined according to the Spa treatments customised for guests based on the wellness consultation conducted on Day 3

7:30 a.m. – 8:30 a.m. Morning yoga: Join our in-house Yoga Guru in the Yoga Hall for a morning session of Yoga to kickstart your day in the best possible way.

9:00 a.m. : Buffet Breakfast at AVAANA on the Cliff

11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. Riverside cliff hike: Witness panoramic views of the Lower Shivalik mountain valley and the majestic River Ganges on our specially designed excursion. Our Experience Manager will take you on a hike from VILEEN down towards the Ganges, where you will encounter endemic flora and fauna. Ideal for bird watchers and active families. Goral sightings are common!

2:30 pm to 3:30pm: Lunch at AVAANA on the Cliff, a wellness and Ayurveda focused fine-dining restaurant.

8:30 pm - 10 pm: Buffet Dinner at AVAANA on the Cliff

Day 5

7:30 a.m. – 8:30 a.m. Morning yoga: Join our in-house Yoga Guru in the Yoga Hall for a morning session of Yoga to kickstart your day in the best possible way.

9:00 a.m. : Buffet Breakfast at AVAANA on the Cliff

12:00 p.m. : Departure from VILEEN for hike and river shuttle to arrive at ONENESS

2 pm: Arrival and Check-in at ONENESS and orientation of the property

2:30 pm to 3:30pm: Buffet Lunch at Her Highness, a unique bamboo riverside dining experience.

4:30 pm to 5:30 pm: Beach Relaxation with assistance from staff members

5:30 pm - 6 pm: In-house Ganga Aarti at the small temple at ONENESS with staff and other guests.

7 pm – 7:30 pm: In-house evening meditation session is conducted by our yoga expert at the Machaan or lawns or beaches as per guest choice and weather conditions.

7:30 pm – 8:30 pm: In-house Nature Talk about the location, its significance, ecosystem, flora, and fauna. This is followed by evening Bonfire in the garden with an improvised jamming session along with other guests.

8:30 pm - 10 pm: Buffet Dinner at Her Highness

Day 6

8 am - 9 am: Morning Yoga Session with our in-house yoga expert

9 am – 9:30 am: Mindful Walking around ONENESS with our Naturalist where guests will be introduced to the 50 plus plants and tree species inside ONENESS. Guests also have a high likelihood of spotting Gorals (mountain goats) in their natural habitat during this walk. Bird sightings and fresh Leopard pugmarks are also visible frequently at this time of the day.

9:30 am: Buffet Breakfast at Her Highness

10:30 am - 2 pm : Hike to Bandar Chatti Ashram. A quaint ashram situated 1 km from ONENESS, where guests are taken to through the forest and beaches. Bandar Chatti was once a resting spot when the old pedestrian path for pilgrims going to Badrinath in the 1800s-early 1900s used to be active. Guests will also walk on the old Badrinath Paidal Path (pedestrian walkway) where many maharishis have walked in the past. Bandar Chatti has an ancient Shiv Ling and tea is served to guests on arrival. Guests may also get an audience with the main Swami ji of the ashram who regales many stories of the years gone by and the significance of the location. Guests return to ONENESS for Lunch.

2 pm - 3:30 pm : Buffet Lunch at Her Highness

5:30 pm - 6 pm : Ganga Aarti

7 pm – 8:30 pm : Bonfire with Jamming session/presentation

8.30 pm - 10 pm : Dinner at Her Highness

Day 7

8 am - 9 am : Morning Yoga & Meditation conducted by in-house yoga expert.

9 – 10 am : Breakfast Buffet at Her Highness

10:30 am - 11 am : Our in-house Experience Manager conducts an activity called the ‘Healing Gratitude Circle’ where we express gratitude to Mother Nature together as a group.

11 – 11:30 am : Memory Plantation in our lawns to culminate the trip and pay homage to Mother Nature.

12 pm : Check out from ONENESS.
